Job Responsibilities
Gathering, assessing, and verifying business license data required by the research department for utilization within business license managed services. The job entails accurately gathering and verifying licensing information in an organized manner and incorporating it into the database, working on a strict monthly schedule. Data is gathered from via phone, email, mail, and website research, so effective verbal and written communication is essential. Maintenance of the database is demanding and precise work; careful attention to detail is essential, as our customers rely upon the content to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements around license statuses, expirations, and renewal information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Work daily to produce consistent, rapid outputs for our license verification processes
· Independently manage complex or sensitive verification tasks
· Perform outreach to agencies to obtain required documentation regarding license statuses
· Execute work without established guidelines using sound judgment
· Maintain accuracy of records and documentation primarily in Excel format
· Ability to work under competing project deadlines
Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

· Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies and colleagues
· Use of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with partners, clients, or sensitive data
· Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environment
· Ability to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work at all times
· Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
· Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
· Outstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based environment (including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Adobe PDF)
· Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
· Top of the line organization skills in all facets of project workflow
